WHY PARTNER WITH MOBILE HEALTH FOR DOT COMPLIANCE

Whether you operate a large fleet or have a few commercial drivers on staff, Mobile Health understands the critical role pre-employment testing plays in screening your drivers. We also understand how challenging compliance can be, from changing Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to managing appointments. We live and breathe it every day, which is why employers like you have trusted our occupational health services since 1984.

WHAT WE OFFER

DOT PHYSICAL AND DOT DRUG SCREEN

We conduct a full DOT physical and you can add a DOT drug screen to the same appointment for streamlined testing.

Most importantly, every DOT physical and DOT drug screen is conducted by a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)-Certified Medical Examiner, per the regulatory requirements set by the FMCSA.

HOW WE DELIVER

Faqs

A DOT physical is a medical exam required by the Department of Transportation to ensure commercial drivers are physically fit to safely operate a vehicle.

DOT services are available both on-site at your location and at select Mobile Health clinics. Please contact us to find the nearest clinic with an FMCSA-certified provider who can conduct a DOT physical.

Results are available in real-time, and drivers who pass their physicals receive their Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT medical card) instantly.

Drivers can schedule their exams through Mobile Health’s Patient Portal, which allows for convenient selection of times and locations. Clients can also schedule exams via Client Portal.

On-site physicals reduce downtime for drivers, increase convenience, and streamline the compliance process by bringing services directly to your location.

Drivers receive a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT medical card) immediately upon passing the physical, along with detailed results and any necessary documentation.

DOT physicals are typically required every two years, but drivers with certain medical conditions may need to be examined more frequently.
