A pre-employment physical abilities test simulates “on the job” tasks in a clinical environment, evaluating strength, flexibility, stamina, and good body mechanics. This ensures your candidates can do the heavy lifting before they’re in their role, helping you avoid workers’ compensation claims and workplace incidents. The Mobile Health team will test based on your employees’ tasks to ensure your candidate can handle the physical demands of the job.
Physical abilities tests are customizable, and vary based on industry standards and physical demands of the job. Each test will consist of timed exercises using body weight or equipment such as a step or kettlebell. The employee will either pass or fail the test based on their ability to perform these exercises within the allowed time.
